Former Lord Resistance Army (LRA) commander Dominic Ongwen is acccused by the ICC of crimes against humanity, but is also a former child soldier himself. We discuss his case, that starts on the 8th of December, with LRA expert Ledio Cakaj. He will furthermore talk about the ongoing influence of the LRA on Central African countries such as Uganda, Central African Republic and Democratic Republic of Congo, and discuss the effectiveness of the international response and framing of the LRA.
