We hope we can count on your brainpower and expertise, during this brainstorm on how to improve the European asylum policy.
Hanne Beirens (vice president of the Migration Policy Institute Europe), Mohammad Abdulazez (Syrian photographer) and Julia Ivan (Hungarian Helsinki Committee) present their ideas for a more functional policy.
Then we will brainstorm together on: solidarity between member states, harmonizing the EU asylum policy and shelter in EU border regions.
This program is part of De Asielzoekmachine, that organizes brainstorms on asylum topics throughout the country. The outcomes will be presented to Dutch policy makers on the 21st of June in the Hague.
